Summer Vacation

I promised to share lots of pictures when we returned from our trip out west...so here they are!

We had an awesome visit to Vallejo, CA and Vashon, WA. Highlights include:
- a successful 3 1/2 hour flight to San Francisco
- a day with Nana while Mom and Dad escaped to Napa
- a 4 mile walk up and down Market Street in San Francisco
- a trip with Auntie Camille and Uncle Mark to the Bay Area Discovery Museum
- a picnic with all of Lolo and Nana's neighbors to celebrate the 4th
- a walk on Mare Island with Auntie Camille and Uncle Mark
- lunch out with Grandma Flor
- a 13 hour drive, in our new van, up to Vashon, WA with an overnight stop in Portland
- a beautiful walk through the rose garden in Point Defiance Tacoma
- a wonderful first meeting of my very first cousin, Tenzing Jensen Flor!
- a couple of long walks on Vashon Island with Auntie Caedmon and Tenzing
- a not-so-successful dinner out with my new cousin and our 'rents ;)
- wonderful meals cooked and grilled by Nana, Lolo, Uncle James and my Dad
- delicious homemade strawberry shortcake made by Auntie Camille
- two very well fed dogs, courtesy of me
- several ferry rides
- and a very successful 3 1/2 hour flight home!

All that was missing from our vacation was Auntie Alicia. We missed you!!!

We've all been trying to recuperate from such a fun-filled vacation. Mom says that I was VERY flexible on the trip, but she's asked that I try to get back to our old routine. I've been a bit of a handful these last few days while trying to adjust...and teething at the same time.

Thanks for hosting us, Nana, Lolo, Uncle James, Auntie Caedmon, and Tenzing. We miss you (and Grandma, Uncle Mark, and Auntie Camille) already!
