My family has been so blessed with an amazing summer. Dad has had an incredible opportunity to serve as a full-time intern at Motorola, which happens to have an office just ten minutes from our house. This will be his last week there, and we're so proud of the hard work he's done. Meanwhile, Mom and I have been livin' it up. Seriously. It's just been such a great summer, as I'm sure you can tell by the blog. Since the last post, my parents have made a special effort to keep life exciting by taking me to fun places such as the T-Rex Cafe at the Legends, a T-Bones game, swimming at the local pool, the Discovery Center in Topeka, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and most recently, back to Clinton Lake Beach. Even when we're at home, the fun continues with playtime in my new tent (thanks, Nana and Lolo!), shaving cream art, computer time, etc. It's safe to say that we've made the most of our time this summer. I'm going to miss it!
