Snow!

When we returned on New Year's Eve from our California visit, we were greeted with about 8 inches of snow on the ground and extremely cold weather. (For those of you who don't know my parents...this is actually a good thing! They LOVE snow - especially when there's enough on the ground to play!) About a week later, another 4 inches of snow fell on top of the first layer. This meant school closings for both mom and dad, and lots of family fun.
